I agree. they are getting better, it's just a slow process. They need to work on accessories, (I don't how HASBRO could put out figures without stands, especially after the 25th line), and the quality of the figures. Loose joints and the ability to stand them up are a huge issue for me. Once they address those issues, the figures will be a little more worth it to me.

Even $23 is insane to me.
The single figures cost more than joes ever have, typically come with nothing, and look pretty horrible! Well, the first waves had rough sculpting and sloppy paint, some of the latest singles are actually quite nice and hard to pass up at all. Stuff shown at SDCC looks great too, so they're getting closer to being more worth it. Union Jack is awesome. Thought I had given up on Marvel Legends, but the latest WM exclusives felt like a steal at $10.44 considering what you get for $2 more.

Still haven't received my Invaders set. Turns out Fedex has been trying my home for a week now. Of course, I work a 9-5 job. It's all good though cause I'll be picking it up at the Fedex office tomorrow. I had no idea HTS shipped through these companies, so from now on I'll have to have them mail to my work. |

I guess the thing that bugs me the most about this line is the lack of accessories. I've resigned myself to paying $8 for action figures, but look at all the crap (and some if it is crap) that the ROC Joes are coming with for the same price. And MU gives you a Fury File and maybe some lame accessory like Spidey's web. I think they could do better than that. I'd even take a decoder ring.

What does the Shield/Hydra Set come with? Fury or generic SHIELD guys? Either way, I'll still get some, cuz in my universe, by Executive Order 616, Pres. Obama has mandated that the unit known as GI Joe fall under the SHIELD directorate, under the newly re-instated Col.-in-Chief Nicholas Fury.
Now, I just need Hasbro to release a Dum Dum Duggan Figure. A Paris Pursuit Baroness w/ a Scarlett head is standing in as my Black Widow |

I've tried to get into Marvel Universe, but having been a Marvel Legends collector and also a collector of DC Universe Classics... I just can't justify it.
Instead, I've been collecting Marvel Minimates. I highly recommend them to people. The only thing is that some characters might be harder to get then others, but no where as bad as ML stuff can be. Seems Marvel Minimates kinda go under most collectors radars. And getting 2-packs a lot of times is WAY cheaper then 1 Marvel Universe figure and they usually come with a lot of extra stuff. |

I had 3 Hydra, Shield, Ninja 3 packs in my hand, but put them back because I don't like the super tall ninja, and I don't want to subscribe to an online comic to get Nick Fury.
