I wonder how much AFA would charge to get SDCC Galactus graded. Was just thinking about that as I walked by him. LOL |

Found a modern Havok unexpectedly at a local Target tonight. I never planned to pick him up but he just looked so cool.

I hate the one of my shelf, fucker wont stand up on his own, kinda ironic I leave something like that considering Im a customizer, but I dont usually mess with figures I plan on displaying. I dont know if it matters size wise but I think AFA runs as high as 40$ but I dont know for sure or much about it for that matter.

Today was stretching point. Went to local TRU. Pegs were full of wave 8 revision. Would have left, but for the fact the Galactuses stacked on the Cube made me wander over to it. That is when I saw that this TRU actually restocked the Cube w/ wave 11. Now while there were 3 each of everything else, I lucked out on the only Thanos. Soon as I got mine, this other guy, around 40 with a ponytail, came by with a cart and just started putting things into it without really caring what they were. No sooner than that guy left, another dude, this time around 55 and with a moustache, came by with a basket and took what the other guy left behind. This is what it has come to, no mom or kids buying the toys buy middle-aged men acting like kids. (I would like to think I act in a more dignified way, but I'm sure to the TRU checkout lady, we're just a bunch of guys cleaning out theor stock every 2 weeks). Don't know if they were retailers or collectors, but, it was at least good to see what I will still be doing/looking like 10 to 15 years from now. Guess, I have to start growing out the facial hair and ponytail (as a hairless Asian guy, this will be a tough challenge, but I don't want to rock the dress code). That was a fun 15 pages to catch up on.spent the last 9 hours at the casino doing a free food carnival thing then stayed for the UFC fight.lesner can kiss my ass, I lost $ on EVERY fight.WTF??? anyways, worse part LL, those dudes are going to return all those figures in 60 days if they can't e bay them and then wave 12 well be effed up because of all the wave 11 returns.buying a bunch of crap up and then returning it when it becomes cannon is the lowest of the low a fast as I'm concerned.
I haven't seen anyone (besides myself, ahem, but I end up buying for me and 2 other local collectors) clear out an action figure display since the days of Episode I here. We just don't get that much Marvel Universe here, anyway...well, unless you count all those Iron Men, Spider-Men and Green Goblins.

As far people buying up stuff in large quantities of toys only to return 60 days later to the stores for refund when people can't make the sale off e-bay and thus prevent product from making it out the stockrooms.I am getting tired of it. Since this creates an "artificial scarcity"in finding these and other collectibles and thereby led some people to buy from them only because there are none around. This scam just sucks and it frustrating. I know it's not a local problem because it happens everywhere. This is why I am preordering for wave 12. I figure with extra costs that I will save money than driving around all day. Sorry about the rant. I just needed to get that out there.

I would feel too much like a douche returning a huge stack of toys months after I bought them. But I don't like returning stuff anyways unless it broke. I'll try and get the cash back playing dominoes later, but my losing streak has got a death grip on my nads, so who knows how that will go

I assuming that upcoming Apocalypse is using Juggy Body mold just like Thanos. To that end, I had hoped this would he better fit for an Apocalypse Lazarus Chamber:
I go see if I can turn Darth Maul's Sith Robe Red, and put it on the mummy that came with the set, for a Mummra the Ever Living thing |

Those bikini baristas suck me in with the bouncing breasts and great coffee too!! ignore this post...I'm doped up on vicoden for a migrane ive had all day! |
