That hurt me, you know... I kinda liked that era... Skeletor was much scarier and the body proportions are better...

I can say about the same, however, Mask, Thundercats, Voltron, and Battle for the Planets don't have a brand new line of the most excellent figures ever made to recover my interest. The MotU Classics line is the perfect blend of vintage nostalgia mixed with modern technology.
Everything the 25th line started out to be before the dark times. Before the RoC.

How else can he hide his identity? I'm actually more of a fan of the early mOTU minicomics than the toon. He-Man was more barbaric, Eternia was a post apocalyptic land with hints of technology, and Skeletor was a real threat. No Prince Adam, no secret identity, no fluff. I watched the toon, but prefer the minis.

Im a 3 3/4 tried and true and if they made He-man in that scale Id love it, I remember the differant castles and accesories u could get and was always jealous but Terrordomes and Flaggs made up for this. So no offense guys Im just an overly picky duesh ;)

My bad man, it just wasn't my favorite era. To me pulling He-Man and Skeletor away from Eternia is like making Captain America Scottish. If that make sense. I guess what I mean is that era took away a lot of what made MOTU special to me.

I am a definite Marvel fan mostly because of comics that collected back then. After that I am both MOTU and Joe fan as a collector and have been since the beginning. It is hard to choose one over the other. 1982 was a great year .

I dig the Dark Hawkeye. I dig teams and I needed a more accurate figure than the CP Hawkeye. |

I was just kidding, man... But what do you mean, He-Man and Skeletor were pulled from Eternia? I thought the futuristic cartoon is just a reimagining of MOTU? Can you refresh my memory?

If Mattel could pull off a decent 3 3/4" line for MOTU it would be spectacular. The vehicles and playset possibilities would be endless!! Sadly, I don't have much hope for that based on most of their DCIH figures.
