At least this artist's rendering doesn't make him look just like Sam Jack. Exactly. |

Agree. That was great. Reminds me of all the card games I learned to play while my boy was younger. I liked Star Wars TCG (the 2nd one) the best 'cause I actually understood how it works

I want to punch him in the face even more after watching that.
one of the things I liked was that the show had more of a comics vibe to it, which distinguished it from the movie. are people so stupid they can't handle two versions of the Avengers? Because that's what he seems to be saying. So good job catering to the average movie goer who will completely forget about Avengers when the next big flick comes along, meanwhile sticking it to the fans that have supported the comics and characters long before they were blockbuster movies. You don't have one of the highest grossing movies of all time without your corporate overlords recognizing it and demanding that it be capitalized upon, and "the fans that have supported the comics and characters long before they were blockbuster movies" are a pathetic minority of the overall market, as proven by comparing the average monthly sales of Avengers comics vs. how many people went to go see the movie. After a mega-smash like Avengers, there was no way we weren't going to get something closer to the movie, no matter what you, me, Jeph Loeb, or anyone else might have wanted. And yes, as far as Hollywood is concerned, people are too stupid to understand two versions of the same team in the same medium, or even relatively close mediums. Unless of course, that medium is the comics themselves, but again...tiny, marginalized minority of the potential market...barely even worth catering to at all, from a business perspective. |

Morning Guv'nor, no wave 18 in my nets, ice, or coffee. In time though, I'm sure. :/
Baron Zemo will tide me over. It only took, what, 25+ years to get a second Baron "Helmet" Zemo figure?

@*(# Can you believe EVERYTHING from SDCC 2012 is sold out at HTS? That's crazy. They must have barely made any Helicarriers. Darn, maybe I should have gotten one after all... >.<
