Spoiler free Avengers review - WOW! Best superhero movie EVER! Just perfect. No one seemed overshadowed, they all got a pretty fair amount of screen time. All out non-stop action and a great blend of comedy. Most everyone left at the end, even with others telling them to stay. Not only is there a mid-credit scene, there is one at the very end too, so be sure to stay all they way through. I'll be glad when we can openly discuss it, but for now JUST GO SEE IT! Two, three, four times. Totally worth it, can't wait for Blu Ray.

Wolve asked about this but others may be interested.
There are obviously more scenes, but here are two examples of the difference between the theatrical/DVD cut and the FX broadcast version of Iron Man: When Raza's underling Abu (Sayed Badreya) first enters the cave room and demands Stark make the Jericho weapon, Stark gives some lip about not having the equipment before his ass is dragged outside with a hood on to see all the weapons/tools they have available. The broadcast version adds an extended scene of Yinsen slapping Tony around in front of Abu and his men demanding that he make the weapon as they let him live and owe them. Once Abu leaves, Yinsen smiles at Tony and praises his acting scared at the moment as he was slapped around. Then Stark is dragged outside to see the weapons cache. As far as I know, this isn't in the DVD deleted scenes at all. Another broadcast scene adds a deleted scene to the first act. As Stark and Yinsen start work on the Mark I, we add the deleted shot of Rhodey being confronted by his commanding officer about going back out to hunt for Stark. This ends in the officer wishing Rhodey good hunting before jumping back to the cave where they're working on the CO2 pressure canister for the hydraulics.
