How come you already gave Jean Grey the boot from your shelf even before getting Phoenix? LOL. I'm still looking for the variants too; my only hope now is there is a K-mart near me that always gets one case of MU late... so it is almost certain that one case of Wave 8 will hit there very soon; I just hope it has the variants since it will probably be one of the older cases of Wave 8 because this K-mart is always behind the times a bit. I know. So sad. Ultron was like a MU variant finding machine... like Death Angel was John Conner and he was Robert Patrick. LOL.

They finally finished with the Toy Department at Target. Picked up two AIM troopers (they're kinda lame) and the Punisher/Iron Man two pack.
I'm thinking of selling/trading the AIM guys. Can you take the goofy yellow buckets off their heads?

Too bad as that would have possibly changed my mind. I remember the organization from my Marvel reading days, but not by much. I'll have to wiki AIM and see if they're worth keeping.

Speaking of MODOK, my brother and I are in a debate as to whether the Marvel Legends MODOK is in scale with the 3.75 AIM guys. He is going by the 90's Ironman Cartoon, and says that MODOK is about the size of an oil drum. I showed him the recent Fall of the Hulks/World War Hulks comic series where MODOK appeared to be at least as wide as two persons. Anyone have thoughts on the matter? |

According to this, he is 12' tall and 750lbs. I'd say the ML one is pretty close.
MODOK - Marvel Universe Wiki: The definitive online source for Marvel super hero bios. The dealer at my local collector show wants 40 for MODOK. I was thinking about it, but got Kalibak instead since another dealer went down $30, and I thought Darkseid would be lonely without his son. Now, I have to decide if I want to get Desaad and Stepphenwolfe in retail, or get MODOK. Obviously, this will be next month since I am broker than broke with all my recent pruchases lately. It's funny months of nothing, then a sudden deluge. Of course, all my purchases are substitutes for what I really wanted which was only Wrecker and SDCC Galactus. |

No Galactus, but I do have a Wrecker that everyone seems to want, and then not want anymore after some reflection.

WOW! Two things: 1) really, he's that big? Never knew. Guess can't contradict the official marvel website; 2) I did not know the official Marvel website had useful information. I stayed away from the Marvel site because I always felt it was too busy and hard to navigate. I actually prefer the DC website as it is cleaner and more streamlined IMO.
