Yeah, BBTS, Hasbro, just another tag on the packaging to further keep the world safe for idiots. Just like blunted points on Conquest missiles and orange plugs in Megatrons.

I doubt this means we have to stop trading loose figures or Ebay and other websites have to stop selling them altogther.
I'd say it just means something like if we sell them on Ebay, we have to click some kind of option that says what we are selling is collectible and only adult collectors can buy it and it's NOT for kids to play with. I don't know though, I don't give a duck about the law or politics anyway. *shrugs and raises both middle fingers*

what if the loophole is you just have to put in that no one under 18 can win your auction as it is for "adults" only might that work?
edit: they beat me to it |

Betcha ten bucks if they have to slap another sticker on for the 'collectible' market we see another dollar or two price increase on the damn things.

Won't take that bet, I was just gonna say that. It will be a way for the goverment to put some kind of collector's tax on toys.

So can I can buy a rifle in any sporting goods store in America. Sell knives and sword out of my drunk with out any sort of license but I can't by a My Little Pony or a Glow Worm on ebay. Makes sense...
