Where is that website which has pictures of each BBi item? I know there is one I just lost the link. :(
BBi's has taken out some of the figures on their website.

These are the M48A3s modified to M48A5s. Smoke launchers, new 105mm gun. I'm thinking about attempting a scratch built M60T as well. I'm also modifying two M41 Bulldogs to M41Ds for an airborne unit. This is only a teaser image, both tanks are completed now with stowage and details added. You can see some of the stowage. One of them has an anti aircraft gun on the cupola too. I'm just building the crews right now. I'll post a full work up in the customs section when I'm done. The pic was taken in my son's room, so don't mind the bed and all that.

Those look great Paul. The solid black makes them look tough. I went with the parade red for the CAT fans on mine since I knew I would not be keeping it long. You have redeemed yourself and are now only mildly idiotic for still living in Wichita.

Not BBI Elite Force related (but heck what is these days!)
Where would you all (y'all if you're so inclined) recommend picking up the 21st Patton/Walker Bulldog. I now have an itch for some.

Small Joes has them for 33 and 40 respectively and Bad Cat Aviation has them for 55 each.

BBI is just an alias for our beloved 1:18th scale community; aka 21C, FOV, Motor Works, Admiral Toys, Pegasus, etc.; as long as its 1:18... IT'S ALL GUUUUD my friend!
Konigstiger has clearly pointed out; smalljoes.com has the better deal cost wise for THOSE two particular items. Be sure to sign up for their free rewards program before you purchase. Last edited by Mr. Focus; 03-24-2009 at 08:40 AM.. |

I managed to pick up most of the stuff from Monkey Depot's sale. I got the Patton's for 15.00 a piece and i ended up with four. Two are still in their boxes. They will probably become the base for the M60s.
The walker Bulldogs i got from smalljoes. The modifications to an M41D are a bit more disheartening than i originally planned, so i may do a representation rather than a direct conversion. If i do a direct mod i loose a lot of the cool features the toy has. The next piece of armor i want to get is the new power team elite IFV, the chinese wz551 6x6. That, for the forseeable future, will probably be it for Cobra heavy armor. Anymore it just gets difficult for my son to set up. @NSA - on the bulldog, be preparred to own one of the best tanks around. If you have seen the 21st century tiger tank, you'll have an idea of what you are in store for. My favorite piece of armor to date. @PCSguy88 - My wife got orders, so we are shipping out in July. No more Wichita, thankfully. The lady in the Spangle's commericals, the one with the lisp, finally came to a boiling point. I do get to go back to my hometown though, just outside of east st. louis... Wait, that's not really an improvement at all. Oh well.
