Slick. Only reason i'd get a P-38 is for my old man.
It really depends on the price though. P-38s AIN'T gettin' any cheaper. |

I would get the P-38 as it is more expensive as well as better looking. The UH-1 can still be bought off Ebay for nearly half of the price.

Well the P-38 Lightning had seen it's first introduction to WWII in 1942 (67 years ago) and the UH-1 Huey had seen it's first introduction to Vietnam in 1963 (46 years ago). I thought that you were referring to age when speaking about WWII aircraft. I know that you have a lot of armor, but you must have a lot of air power as well from that era.
