*Paul hesitantly opens the door, fearing what leaving the safety of his home may bring. The intensely bright light begins to pour in, stinging his darkness adjusted eyes. The door opens wider, causing him to become temporarily blinded. After a moment, his vision clears. The tears subside to reveal green grass and cerulean hued sky coming into focus.
Paul waits... listening for the footsteps of angry mods waiting in the distance, ready to snipe him off his feet for half-heatedly/ semi-jokingly pointing out the grammatical errors in their posts. Birds chirp in the distance... Nothing. Carefully, Paul steps back out into the world, but how long would he last?* Welcome back.... FOR NOW! (in case anyone was wondering, the BOLD FOR NOW! was meant to simulate a SHOCKING expression that he may only be around for a little while, or longer, we dont.. really... know. Thanks.)

Paul runs quickly back into his house as the locals run at him with various blunt objects, and burning torches. He locks the door and closes the shades. After a moment of silence he walks to his dining room and begins reassembling his current custom project... On the dining table sits a rolling thunder fused with every chap mei vehicle he could find at toys r us. Laughing maniacally, Paul applies super glue to the over sized phallic like red missile that he will attach to the glass cockpit of the ridiculous monstrosity with complete disregard for the 45 degree downward angle the missile would be facing. *

What paul failed to mention is that I drove down to Wichita and forced him out. I rigged his massive collection with c4.
Welcome back buddy. Don't worry, trolling is just like riding a bike. |

Well, i guess i better find more ways to get off on myself than patrolling hisstank 24/7 for ways to insert witty one liners into the thousands of threads on this board.
Anyway, not to continue on with my anger, bu seriously, how many of the replies in the various threads here are not : LOL, Awesome, I agree, etc. To me, that is just as counter productive as: How many times can a guy say usapoloy and put two periods at the end of his sentences. That is what stirred my controversy. I don't know why i was labeled as a troll. Oh well. What were we talking about?

But in all honesty, its stupid and nothing here ever stays on (or off for that matter) track for long. Its a g-d messageboard, not the U.N.
Actually come to think of it I bet we accomplish a heck of a lot more here than in the U.N. Consider that analogy retracted.

I've become more obsessed with 1:18 lately. Joe is awesome and i love the figures, but the cartoon, the comics, and the movie are just all disappointing to say the least. Joe as a mythology blows. Seriously blows. I want GI Joe on my terms, not forced into being pigeonholed into one of those three venues or else I'm not a productive member of the Joe community. I'm just the type of guy that want Joes to do questionable things in the name of freedom and not always end up on the right side of good and bad.
On top of that, i love the real military figures too and i think there should be a better place for them on a message board like this. To me they go hand and hand with what Gi joe should be about, but I don't want to tolerate the near suicidal tendencies of those on Small Scale Headquarters and their disregard for GI Joe as a potential outlet for fictional military stories. Any suggestions?
