Has anybody done a review or photo gallery of this guy yet?
It's $17 at TRU, and I'm kind of tempted. I've never purchased a True Heroes item before, largely because of the cartoony figures and oversized guns (and that's coming from a fan of the Corps!, mind you) but apart from the gigantic MP5, everything else about this set looks pretty cool the figure looks kinda nice and the pistols/revolvers are great(even the Uzi isn't *that* bad). And I need a speedboat to complement my 2 Modern-Era Cobra speedboats--this looks like a good candidate. Thoughts? My kids have that boat. It floats (great in the tub or at the pool) and fits Joes just fine, by which I mean it's not too small for ME Joes. The seat is actually overly large for ME Joes, as are the handles on the deck gun. It's a solid toy though; sturdily-constructed. I replaced all of the figures with ME Joes in the package before I gave it to my kids, so I never paid much attention to the figures or the weapons they had. I can't tell you much about them except to say that if you want some I have a small box full of them from other toys I repacked ME Joes into for my kids.

I probably still have one. If I do, and if you pay shipping, he's yours if you want one.

It's OK. I have one, and I put it up right after I got it and never pulled it back down from the shelf. It has no footpegs, and just kinda feels incomplete. From what I remember, there is no control panel for the seat, so you basically just have a guy sitting there. It's fine for a display, I guess. I dunno. I may have to take it down and have another look. Better than most Chap Mei small-scale vehicles, but not by much. Your mileage may vary.

Anyways, I'll give this a closer inspection the next time I'm at TRU. I might go ahead and spring for it. It's not much of a commitment, and TRU is usually generous about returns (as long as I don't pull everything out and rip apart the packaging).

The True Heroes boats are amazing! The other vehicles are too but the boats they hit a home run with. I don't think you would be disappointed in getting one. I don't have the Sentinel 1 but I have the bigger one from a few years back that gets repackaged each year and it is one of my favorite 1:18 vehicles of all time.

I was digging for some stuff in my storeroom and found unopened box of the Shark plane and the boat. I dont have room to display. I might put them in th toys for tots box at tru when they put them up for the holidays. I also found the submarine that I had opened but its missing a bunch of parts

Ok, checked out the Sentinel 1 boat in person last night at TRU. Very cool. The figure on this one is even better than I thought a few posts back from the pics. In person the figure is the best figure ever made in this line, and the boat, it is amazing too. Couple coats of paint and that thing would sizzle. Unfortunately, at the moment, we don't have room for the boat or I would snap it up. But if anyone has the figure and wants to get rid of it...hit me up...
