Speaking about the C-130, I know that TRU also had a cargo helicopter that could carry small vehicles. Any one know what the carrying capacity difference is on both of these?

It sinks with the foam removed. The foam keeps it stable. Without it, it tips over and takes on too much water and sinks.

When I first saw your pic I thought the foam was there because it was packaged that way to keep it from breaking during shipping. Wow! It looks like the foam would get in the way of putting figures inside the vehicle. |

Dude, thanks for taking pics! You are right. I wanted to set up a dio scene where the troops are filing out the back hatch, not climbing out of the glorified trunk!

Sorry don't know much about the helos but I know that the C-130 can fit a vamp in it well according to the review that articulated comics did. So If the amphibious vehicle is smaller then a vamp or close in size then I guess it could fit in the C-130. The review did say that you couldn't get the vamp in through the back you had to put the vamp in the top.
Also, here's a pic of the helicopter with vehicle I found online somewhere: I believe this is the helicopter sold at TRU.
