Yeah, been into them for about 19 years. First one I had was a Clod. Recently I've just been buying and assembling them (always enjoyed the building part the most), and giving them to my nephew. He's gotten bored with R/C and doesn't play with em anymore, and I still get the itch to build every so often, so I've got some new builts just sitting in their boxes collecting dust.
What kind do you have? Are you more into buggies or trucks? |

Right now I've got an original Pumpkin, rere Grasshopper, rere Lunchbox, Dirt Thrasher and rere Frog. The DT and Frog I built and never ran, just put up in their boxes. I had them posted a for sale a few months back if you're interested.
Of the bunch the LB gets the most use. Everyone should have a LB. After I move and have more time, I plan on making an A-team van and lowering it like the old Pajero. I rebuilt the Pumpkin a few years back and made some upgrades and it looked so cool I've been afraid to run it. Totally see myself getting another Clod in the future since I still have the old aluminum ESP "goodies" from my original one. Have you checked out Tamiyaclub.com? I'm not a member but check it out often just to see some of the awesome goodies these guys build. |
