Those do look good. I'm impressed by the packaging style.
I wonder if this is why Hasbro seems determined to destroy Marvel Legends, so they can replace them with this line. I'm not too keen on the characters selected for the first three waves of action figures. I can see they're trying to stay close to recent films, but I'd have liked to have seen an even mix of heroes and villains. It'll be interesting to see how these do at retail. |

The DC line makes me sad as I am a huge Batman fan and to a lesser extent Supes. The figures are garbage.
Hasbro Mattel WE WANT ARTICULATION IN OUR FIGURES!!!! At least Hasbro got it right with this line but they have dropped the ball majorly in the past (IJ). Star Wars Articulation should have died in 84 when the first Kenner line died. The RAH articulation should be the standard in the legitimate action figure segment. Leave that T-Crotch garbage to the Knock-Offs and Bootleggers. That being said I will get some of the Iconic Marvel Figures and dream of a day when Mattel pulls their heads out of their asses.

I loved the DC Figures once I opened them..They are made very sturdy. They may not look quite as good as the joes, BUT they are a lot less breakable and would hold up to a lot more abuse(so to speak).

Death's head would be great, especially since it would serve a duel purpose.

Oh...wow. I checked out the Marvel figures...hot damn. If DC isn't doing anything on that level, they need to just give it up plain and simple. I had just sold all my Marvel Legends figs, because the super hero stuff just got boring after awhile, but this has gotten me excited again! Wow! The Frank Cho package art is pure win!
Silver Surfer will must likely be a customizer fave. Human Torch looks a little "Ben 10" to me I can only imagine all the Punisher vs Cobra Troops Marvel vs GI Joe dioramas we're going to see when these bad boys drop. |

I have to agree. I finally broke down and opened my Captain Marvel figure and my daughter and I had a great time playing with him.

I'll probably get an Iron Man. I'll have Stark drinking with Shipwreck and trying to pick up women with Clutch and Flint.

I'm pretty excited about the Marvel figures. They look great. The detail is excellent, and even the female figures look good.
