DOC
I went through the same thing back in July when the News hit that they ran out of Docs. My story was exactly like yours, Hasbro reps had me do exactly what they had you do. In the end they took care of me and got my minty fresh docs out to me within a week of receiving my proofs of cashed checks. It's not really Hasbro's fault though, It's the fulfilment company who is responsible for the lost information. They are the one with the flawed system. Good luck |

Good luck It's good to know someone els that had this happen and received Doc in the end! Hasbro as a hole is not at fault it's just easier to blame them I just don't want to end up just getting a refund. It would end up being under $20 for three figures! I mean come on I spent almost $40.00 for three filled out Sticker sheets on ebay and $50 on Five comic packs!! So giving me under $20 for $90.00 worth of sticker sheets IMO is the same as a Slap in the face! But hopefully I can get the same experience as you did! |

Just for the record, if or when I get my doc in, and if it's mint, i will trade it for a damaged card/bubble one as i plan on opening it.
As long as the figure itself is not smashed/broke, i don't care what the card/box/bubble looks like. |

I'm having the same problem with my Indiana Jones Crystal Skeleton mail-in. The check was cashed more than a month ago and I've yet to get it. This is really damn annoying.

I've got the same crap except I don't know who or what to call. I bought a load of comic packs just to receive no docs.

Yahhh yahhh yuuuuuuuck...
I was afraid this would happen to me, too, but blessedly it didn't. I did get my two Docs long ago. One's bubble was dented, but oh, well. I don't trust Hasbro to take care of package condition so I didn't EXPECT a MOMC sample and just got lucky with one of them. I hope the matter gets resolved to your satisfaction. Hasbro has one of the worst customer care programs I've ever seen. I think the executives listen to recorded conversations between their operators and irate collectors and laugh the hair off their asses. I can see them spending many a staff meeting doing that. Getting something from Hasbro directly is a lot like gambling. The odds are not great, you feel really good if you win, and bitter and dejected if you lose. A strange policy for a MERCHANT, but that seems to be the way they are. They know we are addicted. Not many people will stop collecting because of appalling customer service. We just lick our wounds and move on. |
