The DC IH figures are just like these Batman figures the articulation is what it is.

No they are not. The Batman 2 pack figures only have articulation at the neck, cut shoulders, waist, hips, and knees. Thats it.

Infinite Heroes have neck, ball shoulders and hips, elbows, waist and knees.

The Batman 2 pack figures suck in comparison.

Finally saw these tonight....apparently they're big sellers here. All that was left was 1 pack with Scarecrow and 4 with Bruce

For kids they're the best Batman toys on the market. And since the MM line lasted all of 2 hours on the shelves, they're the best movie Batman toys on the market.

That said, they ain't pretty.

I got the Scarecrow pack b/c I am going to use him in my Coil army just as a random freak. It's Serpentor and most of the goofy villians from the last few years: Coil Crusher, Swamp Rat, Razor Claw etc. I have tossed in Scarecrow and the Cemetery Warrior from Indiana Jones. Nemesis Enforcer will join too. Just a big freak fest and Scarecrow will be fine in the background. But yeah they pretty much suck from an articulation standpoint.

Batman's only redeeming value is that his head appears to be 25th compatible or at least those with dremels could make him work pretty easy. So $6.99 for a Bats head isn't to bad for the customizers I guess.

I got the Joker Batman two pack (I'm getting tumbler too)

As I am not buying any of the 5 in line, I decided to get these, as they are relatively in scale in Joes. Wasnt expecting a lot, but these are descent. My only problem is my Bats has two left feet.

I actually am fond of the cartoony Joker. Its hella better then The Batman's design of him.

But in the end it really doesnt matter, as I have the MM Batman and Joker so I am doing good.

i saw these at target today. I passed on the 2 pack figs, even if the bruce wayne fig looked like it would make an excellent addition to the cobra forces (a certain man with the last name Bateman anyone?). But there was no way i could pas on a Camo Colored tumbler for $8.
