I hear you. I got a decent return on my maroon and dark gray extras, but I'm still sitting on the light gray ones. As well as 4 PP Troopers still.

So, the club is reissuing the OGIG set. Good, bad, indifferent?
I have a set through luck and kindness. I feel in no way slighted that the club is making more, and I do not begrudge anyone who takes advantage. Most of the set is fairly awesome. The more the merrier IMO.

I'm glad those that missed out will be able to get them, but it's a slippery slope. The Club just keeps creating more trust issues that they don't need. Just ship my FSS already so I can be done with them. I'm not renewing either membership. I wasn't a member long, but oh well for them (2 years GI Joe, 1 year Transformers).
For the 37th time, I wish the club had some competition. That's the only way they'll clean up their act. I love what they've done creatively lately but the business side wouldn't last a year outside of the captive market they have for themselves. Hmmmm... *wanders off in the general direction of user profiles* |

I now have the MP-Primes needed to make my custom Sentinel Primes. I'm pretty happy about that.

You went from righteous indignation at TRU for not filling your order to having enough for multiple(?) customs in the space of about 3 weeks. That's what I call progress!
Also, gobble gobble y'all. |

Indeed. TRU's handling of the MP Line is still pretty shitty but I've managed to obtain what I need.
Were there any other options, I'd gladly avoid buying them from TRU. Sadly, eBay's just a middle man. I did, however, learn that the "Limit of two per customer" is just per shipped order. So far anyway. Anyone set their house on fire with a deep fryer? We had just arrived at my aunt's house when the firetrucks raced by headed to what we assume was a fried turkey mishap. |

Nope, nothing even got burnt thankfully.
(See what I did there?) I really like MP-10. It really is well thought-out. It's just... why does it seem like his chest can't close all the way? Why did they put those two tiny screws in a place where it's gonna scratch the bumper? Why did they make no effort to hide where the leg pieces were attached to the injection molding? And why can't I shake this feeling that by skipping Sideswipe now I'm SoL for good? |

BBTS seems to be under the impression that they'll be getting in more MP-Lambor. Maybe this batch will have better QC.
As for Prime, I don't know. My Takara Version is just fine with the chest panels. No screw issues, no scratches... Nothing. I've taken my TRU-Prime's screw down as far as they appear to want to go and I don't think that there is an issue there anymore but the two tiny little scuffs say otherwise. Or perhaps I didn't get them down far enough in my first attempt to resolve the issue. And turning the matrix around either way doesn't seem to make a difference in the matter. Still, I will never see them. My bot mode Prime will forever be a bot on my shelf. I do suggest getting the Reprolabels kit for MP-Prime though. The details for the trailer really help to break up the grey in repair bay mode. |

Oh, and saw an actual trailer for the Hobbit movie today. Or heard part of it, anyway... It was on in the other room.
Now Irid won't feel left out. Fogger, Fast Draw, any topics of interest for you two? |
