The man's downsized at his job and buying new cars...? Me thinks young Fogger's idea of "poor" differs greatly from my own.
That said, now I can brag without feeling guilty: BBTS Haul. Where's my list... here we go: TF Generations Set of 3 [Jazz, Prime, Shockwave] MU Beast PP-05M PP-05W Impossible Toys Quint - 01 [Judge] Impossible Toys Quint - 02 [Scientist] Impossible Toys Quint - 03 [Prosecutor] Impossible Toys Alicon x 2 PE-DX-01 RC PE-DX-01B RC MP-09 Masterpiece Rodimus Prime Version 02 MP-09 Masterpiece Black Rodimus And in my current PoL: 1/100 Gundam Epyon (Endless Waltz) 1/100 Musha Gundam Mark II - Tokugawa Ieyasu Exclusive Version - Reissue PE-DX-01 RC PE-DX-01B RC MP-11S Masterpiece Sunstorm And after two attempts to find MP-TC at an actual TRU, I decided I'd already burned enough gas to pay scalper rates on eBay, so I found the cheapest BiN [free shipping] I could at the moment and bought it. After shipping, he's only going to profit about thirty bucks and I can't drive to Lexington for that once let alone everyday. ... 'Cause apparently calling ahead doesn't work as I was told one store didn't have them and then someone posts on TFW he found them there not twenty minutes after I called. Lazy bitch should've gotten up and checked. |

I'm too lazy to edit the above.
So, I also bought a 1/100 MSN 001A1 Delta Plus from HobbytownUSA today. I have a custom in mind. And I love looking at all the Japanese in the instruction booklet. Granted, I can't read it but it looks like every symbol is somehow overly excited. So much cooler than our alphabet and it's boring curves. |

Hasbro came through recently sending me a new police officer Kreon from the Megatron set. Mine original one did not come with a head. I got both versions of the Kre-o Devastator set. I'm only missing 3 sets now, but I'm going to hold off until after the holidays most likely (unless there are some sales). I think they'll be on clearance somewhere by then. I've got $5 off $15 Kre-o coupons that don't expire until the end of January. I'm missing the Wheeljack/Knockout set, the new Megatron/OP set, and the new BB set.
Anyone not order the sub? I've got my 1 sub and the figures I don't want have been "sold" to friends. "Sold" because I'm not taking anyone's money until I get the figure in-hand...$30 each. The only other thing I have on order is that TF United exclusive Artfire. I'm a sucker for the firetrucks.

Yes, I love it. Pricey yes - hence why I am such a cheap a$$ when it comes to collecting Joes. LOL.

I'd love to have me an MP Rodimus v2, but unless I can get good trade-in value on the old model I'm pretty much stuck with v1. If the black one ever drops below $100... I'm on it. Hicks, I don't think I've ever heard you mention Gundam before. This... intrigues me. Curves? Boring? Oh stop... So much for all the ramen talk. |

Vermillion: Do as I did, stop collecting Joes. Man, it's nice. Really nice.
Fogger: Well, that's awesome that you had a backup, crap that you have two jobs. When do you enjoy life? I mean, mine being an odd ball night shift keeps me from enjoying a lot, but two? Man, you're more dedicated than I am. Swan: They are really whoring out Deadpool these days. Mystique and US Agent look great though. I don't care much for the "Two characters, one card" gimmick... Especially when I see two potential IM shelfwarmers came in the case. Fast Draw: You wouldn't happen to want a Sideswipe Kre-O set sans bot mode head, would you? I picked up the set solely for the Kre-O bots head and I figure someone wanting an alt mode to display would be happy enough with the rest of the set. Hellion: I only integrate select Gundam sets into my TF stuff. Zaku, for example, make great Vector Sigma Guardians. Especially with the new MP Format. And model kits are so much easier to paint that a preassembled figure. the MSN 001A1 is going to be a TF by the end of the weekend should the rain hold off. I bought Rodimus V2 for two reasons, I want to swap out the shin guards with a Hasbro version and BBTS only has one left in stock. Sort of twisted my arm enough to pull the trigger. Black Rodimus is pretty neat. As for the Generations stuff, had I known that every store I'd walk into would have all three figures, I'd've never bought them through BBTS. But you're right TRU has raised the price to stupid which is why I'm glad I didn't know every store would have them, most likely due to the price. I only work weekends at the second job, I can't work nights - my day job takes too much time. I have a four hour commute round-trip, and I've gotta sleep sometime. There's only so much I can take on the weekends.
Went to the "Taste of Hamburg-er Festival" in Hamburg, PA today. Awesome time. Hit a few Dollar Generals on the way home, found a full set at one of them. First time.

4 hour commute round trip you say? That sounds like the perfect opportunity to tele-market for some extra dough.
