I did that and it works well for a more serious-looking Chuckles.

If I felt like going through the trouble of bashing a more-suitable body together (and then trying to paint the damn flower print shirt lol) I'd totally go with it.

I shipped my PoL today because now it says "ETA 4th quarter" for Shadow Commander instead of September.

I'd actually prefer Ultimate Magneto come with two heads as opposed to the removable helmet he seems to have.
I will not preorder these... Or anything else... I'm living just fine without a Skystriker. Save your money for the next iGear Seekers. Nor do I need this really awesome piece of greatness: 1/6 Scale Movie Masterpiece Iron Monger Limited Edition Collectible Figure - Iron Man 2 (2010 Movie) Figures |

So, Hellion, on the wings there's a hinge that runs up the back of the figure that allows you fold the wings back along on a vertical axis. I didn't realize that all the Takara seekers have this hinge. And yeah, I know nothing of Sunstorm other than that he's orange... And maybe a clone of Starscream or something. Not sure how you clone a robot. Anyway, he's great, figure-wise. I never thought a bright orange fighter jet could look this cool.
Fogger, after I left work this morning, I went to the post office and got the flat rate mailer boxes that they have just laying around for anyone to take. You know, those free ones that make great boxes for people moving from town to town with a lot of little things. The same ones Office Depot charges money for. Ah USPS... and you wonder why you're losing money. Anyway, if not tomorrow [I guess, today for you daylight people], Monday. And I know I've said that before... but I mean it this time. Unless the sun explodes. Then it might take me till Wednesday. Fast Draw, ditto... I am sorry guys, I've just been slacking these last two weeks due to my joy of being a sloth. Edit: You know, I'm just looking over the various topics in section of the forums, there are some people that need to get out in world more often on here. I mean, I don't have much of a life, but damn... I'm doing alright by comparison. Last edited by Hicks_Royel; 10-01-2011 at 06:16 AM.. |

I would if there was anything reasonably exciting coming up. I already have SS, SW, and TC. Quote:

After fiddling with it I've decided to keep my Dirge. It un-stiffed after a few transformations, and while it's still not right, I can live with it. I did find one other detail I'm not happy with... they all have the same every-detail-is-red motif on the legs. Individually it looks okay but as a group it stands out. Still, overall I'm happier with these than Hot Rod and/or Rodimus. |

I've got the next set of Generations on order for November to ship it with. They keep pushing the Shadow Commander set back and who knows if they will actually end up getting it. I'll take the Hiss and iGear Kup heads for the United 3-pack version now.

Yeah, that sounds about right on the animation error. That or just another recolor drone filler... Whatever his origins, Sunstorm's scheme really make him standout in the crowd. And after reading the Wiki info, I kinda like that his delusions of godhood make him something of a joke among the other Decepticons... That sounds about like what Starscream would do had he the raw power of Sunstorm.
There should be the Icestorm seeker showing up soon as well. Honestly though, I'll buy every seeker [Still hoping for some light purple drones...] as I am a sucker for the molds They're the first TF jets that really look great in both modes. I wish iGear would make a generic fighter pilot for the cockpits though. My "Dr. Evil" clone army is getting out of control. |

I'm all for seeker repaints... in the deluxe line. I happily bought Acid Storm, and back before Dirge and Thrust were announced for the US everyone figured they'd use the wings for generic characters (due to FP's supposed exclusivity), and I woulda bought those too. I think the MP seeker design was pretty good, and iGear's improvements make it that much better. But the space requirements and the cost are gonna keep me away from random repaints.

I begin to despair of finding more than Namor as a remnant of the Commander Steve Rogers wave of MU. Anybody here seen 'em?
