Well now, the little donkeys and llamas are technically at the neighbor's farm and I just kinda do a secondary house sitting for them at random times of the year. Which is great cause their youngest daughter stops by to water the plants when they're gone and she's all kinds of hot with her big old smile and that full forearm wave of hers... But that's a story for another day.

That I appear to have slept through this year's ComicCon HTS sweep suggests that perhaps I didn't need/want the Sentinel I was debating after all. Which is probably for the better. My credit card company actually left an "Are you dead?" Voicemail on my phone the other day in light of lacking activity with it. Which reminds me, I haven't seen my cash back check from them yet...

I'm also thinking that movies just aren't as fun as they used to be. After watching Limitless, Unknown and The Lincoln Lawyer I've come to the conclusion that there're just no original plot twists left out there. None of them were terrible movies, mind you, it's just that I don't like not having motivation to see it through to the ending. Although the actors in Lincoln Lawyer made up for the bulk of figuring out the movie at the halfway mark.

-23, 24, maybe... And there's far too much to that story to get into here.
-The peacock is an arrogant old bird, walks right up to the back door expecting feed. -Techinally, yes. I've been on a few rooves [and yes, that's the correct word]. Schools, hospitals, a Subway, never a strip joint though. I guess they spend the money on quality HVAC units... I could've driven a golf cart atop the roof of Toyota had we found the key. Course, we were really just hiding up there because we could. -The Lincoln Lawyer's not bad. -What did I skip... oh, yes, the "growing up". See response one and know that there's still more to it. Part of it being that I'm doing my best to avoid being a hypocrite and have six month schedule I need to get started on. Then there's her damn stubborn female pride too... Course, then there's the complete backstep when I put a preorder in on this: http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=HOT10362&mode=retail And while I may come to my senses and drop it before March of next year, it is cool. Anyway, there's an interesting story from work about metaphor mixing and the phrasing of "too many cocks in your wigwam...". Man, tonight was one of those days where it just wouldn't end. I can tell you from experience that's how it starts. You keep one in box cause it looks pretty, then you need one to tinker with too. Then you can't have a jet without a wingman... And why'd they put a great troop building Viper with a fighter jet, anyway? Next thing you know, eight Python Conquests [plus one MISB] Last edited by Hicks_Royel; 07-30-2011 at 05:55 AM.. |

Jail Phone Glitch Makes One Inmate Enough Money To Post Bail
Awesome: Quote:
TAVARES, Fla. (Associated Press) — Authorities say an inmate at a central Florida jail used a glitch in the facility's phone system to bond himself out.
The Lake County Sheriff's Office says 32-year-old Larry Stone discovered the glitch earlier this month. The phone system charges inmate accounts for calls but refunds the money if the call doesn't go through. But the system was reimbursing inmates twice for incomplete calls. Authorities say Stone repeatedly made calls and hung up until he had more than $1,250 – enough to bond out of jail. Stone had been arrested in April on property-crime charges. Stone was only free for a few hours before he was re-arrested. Officials became suspicious when other inmates tried copying the trick. The software error has been fixed and accounts restored to their previous totals. |

Working the system.
My first SDCC Starscream came this morning. A pink Zarana came Thursday. Now I'm just waiting for HTS to ship both of those plus the Cold Slither variant. Good SDCC and JoeCon score for me. Perhaps I'll go out on a bang. I doubt I do this well or even attempt to next year.

There was a minor pest problem several pages back but I think they've lost the motivation to continue with their nonsense. Oh, and Hellion killed a guy with a trident.

Got the regular old Skystriker today at Target, on the shelf - no pestering of minimum wage slaves necessary. Still not banned, shockingly.

I dunno. Something about everybody moving to Hicks's farm and claiming his collection?

We'll need lodging apparently. Do you need a permit from L&I for constructing a Trojan Rabbit? |
