Admittedly weird but seeing that Claymore's head looks like Tom Selleck makes me like the figure a lot more.

Why do they have to ruin the Techno-Viper/Hazard-Viper wave by throwing in Renegades figures? Are they hoping people will buy the set to save dough? No thanks. I'll just pay more for those 2.

I think those Renegades figures look surprisingly awesome.

They're OK, but just not my thing. I guess it's pretty clever of them to mix all the figures together to help sales of each other versus separate lines.

I rather like that approach... otherwise we might be looking at RoC all over again.
I'm trying not to like Claymore too much, because there's a distinct possibility I won't be able to afford one. And no Hicks, I don't understand, not in the least. /o\ |

I think that's the closest way to look at it, Fast Draw. They're all GI Joe and Hasbro wants kids to associate with more than what they see on TV. You put them all on the shelf, make them all look cool in the same packaging and hope for the best.
I just hope there are two Techno-vipers and HazMat-vipers per case... though I know there won't be. |

If it's the first wave of a new cardback, there probably won't be any double packed figures... unless it's Duke, Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, or Cobra Commander lol. I'll give Hasbro credit this time around though... the revision cases have been troop-builder friendly. If you were planning on ordering by the case I can see you being a bit bummed, but they should be plentiful on the retail side after the initial rush if they follow the current distribution pattern.

I heard Troop Builder love from the talk of Toy Fair coverage. I'm hoping they hold to it. Eight figures in a case of 12 after all.
I don't see them being plentiful as they're just more "GI Joe" to retailers. Maybe if the next movie were coming about... |

If the cases still contain 12 figures, then 2 of each figure seems reasonable...if it's 8 figures, then we're screwed. I don't want to be forced to get a set or a case, but I have a feeling getting single Techno and Hazard-Vipers online will be expensive and difficult.

I wish I could find a variant Vision. Have seen the variant Warpath, and I'm assuming they're shipping in the same assortment. Ah well.
