Forgive me, as I'm not sure I'm following exactly. When you say "post about G.I.Joe Pages" outside of HissTank, do you mean promote a site outside of the Tank? If so, it would fall under this rule:
19. No posting Spam/Advertising
No posting with the intent of promoting stores/websites. If you wish to advertise on HissTank.com contact an admin.
For example, if the post is meant to re-direct traffic to another site, then no, it would not be allowed. I may be wrong on what you were thinking though, so please let me know if we're on the same page. Thanks!
