Curious to see what the repaints will look like. Thinking neon green with the venom theme.
I saw a lot of people on the Facebook groups claiming this means the line is dieing but this is super common in the toy industry. Its a great way for Dollar Tree to get more life out of the molds and increase the profits of the line. Brighter colors could attract the eye of kids who ignored the line before as well. I look forward to adding a Venom Squad of Kharn to their ranks. I'm excited that we're getting variant colors, its like adding variant Cobra Troop colors to the Cobra shelves. Way I understand it from their IG post the Limited Edition means they are sending enough of the Venom line to hit stores all at once and expect the stock to last 6 months, their won't be refresh of the Venom figures after 6 months time like there was with the previous waves. Similar to the Scope ATV pack. Last edited by sisco; 08-15-2022 at 11:41 PM.. |

There was a recent thread that showed off possible accessories/add-one for BATS that were purchased at Dollar Tree. I cannot find it now no matter how hard a search.
I just bought the Torn cyberarms thinking/hoping they were the ones. Can anyone confirm that the peg will fit into the back of a BAT? They are cool little accessories regardless. I was kind of impressed to see a full toy line with a comic and cartoon (apparently, based on the back of the package). It makes me happy that kids, even those whose parents might not make a ton of money, have access to this type of world-building and fun. I was a bit shocked to learn that $1.25 is the new norm at Dollar Tree. I was expecting, you know, a dollar. |

It was a fun comic. I hope they can find a way to do more comics.
