Were you the one that sold Cobra Thrones for the 4” figures back in the day?

Over the past few years I've been bringing all my childhood toys over from my dad's house and putting them on display in mine. When I got to the Joe stuff I started picking up some of the modern versions of vehicles that I never had, like the Eaglehawk and Skystriker. Knew I needed a FLAGG but was waiting on it, finally pulled the trigger on one in January and then Classified was announced not long after. I'd known about Hisstank for awhile from looking for info on vintage stuff, but classified is what got me posting regularly. Any time I'm collecting a new line I like to have a site that I can visit daily for news updates.

It's also worth noting that EE is also PRE sold out of their inventory for the January reruns for wave 1 and 2 cases. Which is a good indicator for strong retail support. Hasbro offers individual figure cases, so EVERY wide release Classified figure to date is available for preorder. Online guys are MORE than happy to sell you guys a case of Cobra Troopers, you just have to put your order in.

Thanks to the designers at Hasbro, please keep doing what your doing! OMG Zartan looks so amazing! (someone needs to 3D print a 3d swamp skier!) And the next Zartan release needs to be colour changing! Last edited by CNR1993; 09-29-2020 at 10:11 PM.. |

I collected as a kid and have a few figures and a couple vehicles, watched the cartoons, read the comics. I did not really collect a lot of Joe stuff through the 90’s, a few things here and there but not a lot. I then had kids and when they were young the 25th anniversary toys came out and they liked them a lot. We had a bunch and I was back in for a while playing with the kids and their G.I. Joe toys. I was not collecting many toys anymore though. The kids played with their Joes which was awesome. I watched the dvds of the five part stories we got in multi figure toy packs. I read some of the newer comics and I was content with that. I started to take notice of the Star Wars Black Series over the last few years as well as both DC and Marvel figs at this larger scale and thought wouldn’t a G.I. Joe line be cool. Go to the early part of 2020 and I started seeing news bit about new toys. I wanted to find out more about them. I searched the internet and it led me here, I read a lot of threads on the forums and decided to join and see if I could interact with fans of all kinds. This Classified line is the first line I have actively searched out in close to 15 years and has brought back into some toy collecting. Last edited by JackKnight73; 09-29-2020 at 10:25 PM.. |

They should do a build a figure for the classified line... I did the math and he should be 2 feet tall!

Not Hasbro, but the Cobra super robot has been made. I believe it's 1:18 scale though and metal.

I've been pretty obsessed with G.I. Joe since elementary school, but I jumped on board in like...92ish. So I came in late and, as a result, have an affinity for an era of the Joeverse that isn't as highly regarded as the glory days. I spent the pandemic buying 3.75" stuff and trying not to get sucked in by Classified. I'm still determined not to exceed the one shelf (and little bit of wall space for CC variants) I have designated for the 6 inch guys. 2020 has been like the year of G.I. Joe for me. I can't really complain. It's been fun. But I'm running out of space and don't have the nerve to push the toys beyond my office and into the living room. |

Haven't gone on this site in a while, and just heard about the 6" Zartan. Saw the pics., and it's definitely a great looking figure. Glad they're including the color-changing effect, which will be fantastic. Looking forward to all of the new figures, but especially this one.
