OK, here is my proof of concept kit-bash:
Some things to note: The head sits a bit too low, so anyone planning do to this 'bash might want to plan on a neck swap or some hot glue head filling or something. It's not a terrible head height by any means, but it is noticeably low. I removed the glued-on holster and pouches from Hit & Run and the web gear fit just fine after that. Removing those parts will leave some holes in the figure's torso, but the web gear covers them. Fill the holes at your option, of course.

I don't know who that is. (I assume it's another Suicide Squad character?) Post up a shot that you want to match and I'll see if lightning strikes twice.

I'm on mobile so all I can do is post links. I think the last one is a sideshow figure.
http://static.srcdn.com/slir/w620-h9...D-682x1024.jpg http://cdn-static.denofgeek.com/site...?itok=m8G2L0pl http://news.toyark.com/wp-content/up...hot-Statue.jpg Head: Jungle Viper v3/Night Viper v4/Night Viper v5 (it's the same head) OR Alley Viper v12/v13/v14 (both of these head options are angular/solid rather than smooth like the MTF balaclava so I think one of those choices would work better than MTF) Torso: Alley Viper v14 or Iron Grenadier v8 Upper Arms: Cobra Trooper v14 Lower Arm (left): Destro v22 Lower Arm (right): Techno Viper v3 or Cobra Commander v49 (any of these will need some fodder for the arm attachment) or Firefly v23 (has an arm attachment that isn't a match, but it's something) Hands: just about anything Upper Legs: Heavy Duty v11 (with some fodder mags) Knees: Viper v27/v28 Lower Legs: Heavy Duty v11 Once again, extensive painting would be necessary, but I think the shape of the parts is a good fit to match the screen appearance. I am going to try to get a mockup put together, but I don't have most of these parts for doing a physical test so unless someone has these figures handy and has the torsos cracked (or wants to send me some free figures to test with ) there won't be any way to preview the real-life fit.

What figures do you need? I might haveba couple of them. I also think IG torso would be a better fit for the neck/collar.

Another option is the Nightcreeper web gear, looks very close to Deadshot's.

From my parts list I have the Alley Viper, Night Viper, Cobra Commander, and Cobra Trooper, but none of the others (Destro, Heavy Duty, Viper, Firefly, Techno Viper, or Iron Grenadier). Some are duplicates (Firefly and Techno Viper, for example) so we might not need more than one or the other unless there is an issue with parts compatibility. I don't mind cracking the trooper's torso, either. I just need an excuse. If you want to fill in the holes I'll be happy to piece together a test figure.
