So to be clear for joining the club you get a figure. Then if you subscribe to the FSS you get a 13th figure? These are separate or do you end up with the same figure twice?

Here's a random question--several of my figures from the very first Kickstarter have loose left arms. Not all of them, but a good number of them (mostly black, gray, and a couple desert tan). I had brought this problem up with MJ, but it wasn't a recurring issue that he was aware of, and most of my figures since haven't had this problem. I never did get the problematic figures replaced or the situation worked out. Did any of you guys run into the same problem with the left arms being kinda loose? If so, how (if at all) did you fix the looseness? My usual solution is to work superglue into the joint, but the socket isn't accessible while assembled, and I'm not sure how easy it is to disassemble one of these figures...I know the torso is supposed to separate from the waist without any modifications (though I haven't actually separated one before), but will I need to "crack" the torso to extract the arms?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Thanks in advance for any advice! It is easy to pop torso from hips...just pull then to crack torso...I heat mine up in hot water to make the plastic more pliable..the stick a small flat screwdriver into seam inside where the ball that connects hips to torso pops in...gently pry apart. Easy cheesy. I have done it many times (check my MTF customs thread) every one went well. NOTE - you have to mod the torso to add Joe arms.

yes I noticed some random figs having looser arms...seems like mostly left and only desert for me. I have not fixed any, just left them as they were not that bad.

that is why I heat it up...to minimize plastic discolor when you pry it apart...only discoloration I have got was when I used too much superglue and I got the white frost...
The screwdriver marks will never be seen if you pry inside the hole where hips attach...
