Wow, that's a pretty early reveal... dare I dream that we'll see Pythona soon?

Neat figure! I agree that the Club upped their 12" game on this figure. The new head sculpt, which I believe was done by BFS is outstanding. The decision to make both legs artificial replacements as opposed to just one leg being a replacement like what the vintage figure featured was a great idea. The Club is much more in tune with the sentiments of the 12" collector than they are with the 4" collector in nearly every aspect of the hobby.
Coincidentally, I've been watching a tremendous amount of Six Mill on DVD lately and this makes me want a Hot Toys Steve Austin even more. |

Love it. One nitpick, I know that they were not going to include the rotating hand feature for the helicopter but there are no "bionic" parts in the legs and arm either as the original had.

I am excited that the club is raising the bar, and returning it's attention to the Adventure Team! Mike Power is EXACTLY who I was hoping for when the club announced DR. Isotope, It's my hope that the club will give us 1/6 scale fans the same treatment that 1/18th fans are getting by offering us a FSS club (even if it's just uniforms for MARS, and The Adventure Team) The Club has really outdone itself with it's latest offerings, This proves that our community is truly a band of brothers, we all thank you Collectors Club, please keep up the good work, and if it's not too much trouble, maybe just maybe we can ask for an all new OFFICIAL, Secret Mountain Outpost for some "ATOMIC" Adventures..........Just putting that out there. In Closing This new sculpt Mike Power paves the way for some amazing adventures, I cannot wait for 2016! I will be renewing my membership!!!!! NUFF SAID!

Yeah, that's my issue with it too. My brother had the original toy when he was a kid, and I planned on buying this one for him. But his original one was much better. This Mike has no Power. It's pretty sad that a 50 year old toy is more advanced than a modern one. This guy just has clear limbs. There's no indication at all that they're bionic.

But wasn't the original "bionic" just the internal structure of the figure's construction?

Make a 4" version and I'll get one.
