I've got to echo the "why are they still using 25th parts" sentiment. The head is probably going to be great. The Photoshop looks really good. The arms look to be either Ret Flint or Joe Colton's which is good, but that damn 25th torso and legs. I wish someone would "lose" those molds so they stopped using them. A POC Law torso and Ultimate Firefly/POC Lifeline, etc legs with a newly tooled flashlight to replace the holster would have been amazing. Again, the club has a great design, and just misses due to poor parts selection. Still, looks decent enough, and will be a good addition to my TF army but it could have been great.

Such a nice head and arms but what a waste of a body and legs. I am very disappointed.

I also think the torso is a poor choice. I'm posted on the club boards as much and recommended the POC Snake Eyes or Lifeline legs as well. Hope they listen. They did for Hit n Run.

http://www.yojoe.com/images/resize/w...4937/67460.jpg http://www.yojoe.com/images/resize/w...back7acc-3.jpg As far as the figure, Outback is my all time favorite character so this was the one I was looking forward to most. I can't say I'm disappointed as much as I'm just no longer excited about it. The arms and head are great, it's got a wonderful deco and for MOC collectors (not me) it'll look awesome on card. All in all it's an excellent 25th rendition - but the 25th anniversary was 8 years ago and it really shows here. It would have been nice to use more recent parts. Same arms/head with the aforementioned POC Snake Eyes / Lifeline legs and perhaps the POC Recondo torso (with the suspenders/straps painted to match the original webgear OB came with) or other torso (ROC PP Snake Eyes, ROC Hawk, etc) could have made this the best of the bunch. 25th parts are WAAAAAYYYY outdated and that torso is unacceptable. It will take a helluva Billy and some amazing surprises to pull me in to FSS 4.0... Very pleased with FSS 2 and 3, but looking like Valkyrie for me. You mean a "Bro." - Jerry

Bob Seeger never looked better. I like the head sculpt or should I say the rendering of the head sculpt. Upper body looks good enough but I never cared for those 25th Legs. Still it isn't Outback or Tunnel Rat without a v neck. The harness looks like a much better one than that vest Hasbro gave us. Backpack works, for Outback the bigger the pack the better.
I wasn't a fan of the 25th Outback head and am glad to have a replacement. I can always grab a second one to paint orange. I have plenty of left over orange paint from my Thunder custom. It's an improvement for sure from previous ME Outbacks.
