First off disregard the wrong title. Was supposed to be for the figure below the 1993 Deep Six mail order figure.
I have him still sealed in the bag but the o-ring is shot so its came apart in the bag. Do I leave it in the bag as is or break him free and repair it? Not sure if I am going to keep him or not. thanks Mike

That is a mail away Deep Six, not Hawk. I put a link below of both. The first one is the figure you have, the other is the mail away Hawk. As for leaving it or opening it.. well that is up to you. If you plan to sell it, then I would leave it sealed. If you plan to keep it, then open, fix and display.
Deep Six (v4) G.I. Joe Action Figure - YoJoe Archive General Hawk (v3) G.I. Joe Action Figure - YoJoe Archive Good luck on your decision.

I have both, opened, standing next to each other. Open him up and fix the poor soldier!

Decide if you want to keep him first- if you don't, leave him as-is and let the new owner decide. I dig this figure, too- maybe I'm biased, as I sent in for him when I was 11 or 12, but I like these colors much better than the first version of the figure.
