Are they issuing prepaid return labels for these or do they expect subscribers to pay the return shipping cost?

I'm sure they would cover return shipping if the problem was their fault.
But nothing ever is. |

Over half my FSS2, about 1/3 of FSS1, and my carded Club Icebergs both came wrapped around each other. And I was missing parts from 2 separate Con sets. It's honestly absurd to pay for their highly inflated prices, ridiculous add-on charges (the processing fees, through-the-roof shipping/handling charges, and "added insurance") and then still have to pay to ship their mediocre stuff back on your own dime when it should be "collector" grade from the get-go. I mean, it's the GI Joe Collector's Club, not the Average Plastic Toy Buyer's Kinda-Gang. |

Give us a bagged option to eliminate so many of these issues.

They actually paid for one return shipping (only once mind you) after I flipped my shit over it being literally more than half of the items from the previous 18 months being damaged in some way to need returning. I think this was towards the end of FSS2?

Bagged vs carded adds production runs and incurs costs, so I can see why they aren't doing it now.
Of course I'd like to be able to have both options, at least picking extra bagged as an add on to the main set on cards... but that's in the perfect world no one lives in.

Honestly, I would've preferred them "reimagining" Vypra to begin with instead of giving us yet another lame Jinx repaint (if she's a "courier" why the fuck is she dressed like a tie-dyed ninja in jammies?). Something like using a straight-up Lady Jaye torso and legs with maybe these arms, but the Renegades Scarlett legs work, too. The Jinx head works perfectly, just add the newer Cobra Trooper helmet and it's a perfect fit. I still think they can eventually make a proper female trooper that's a little better using the 50th LJ webgear so it fits the female body mold more snuggly, but the webgear I settled for was a custom cast (I bought mine from a guy who apparently can't be named here) of Renegades Flint's webgear. http://www.yojoe.com/images/resize/w...int18acc-1.jpg It's not a perfect fit, but the only part that really sticks out is the snap side. Otherwise, it's the tightest fitting one I found from my custom bin of webgear. |

Question for those who have the backwards arm Vypra: How many have verified that it is positively a backwards arm and not just rotated incorrectly? I ask because I positively have a backward upper right arm. It is subtle, but when you rotate the shoulder for proper orientation, you can tell the armpit side is out. It doesn't make much difference aesthetically or functionally, so I am torn on whether or not to spend the time, money, and energy to exchange it.
Has anyone done so yet? If so, how much of a pain is the exchange process? Thanks in advance for any info. Quote:
The only issue I had with Spearhead was the severely warped left hand due to those damn rubberbands holding the knife in his grip, and a little bit of orange paint slop on the brown belt (Do they paint the camo AFTER the belt is put on? That seemed odd to me. Otherwise, there's no orange on the belt to be getting paint).
