'Gremlins' Remake To Be In 3D!!!
I don't know if the link will work, but the news is on comicbookmovies.com I actually thrilled to see a reboot of Gremlins. It's one of those gems from my childhood that really draws pleasant memories of watching the movie fot the first time. Now....I know a number of you you will be like, "OMG!!! WTH????" Well. I don't share the same feelings. I'm just hoping for a fun, new and fresh take on the little creatures. |

I'm kinds looking forward to seeing Conan, however, I'm a bit skeptical about seeing anyone that isn't Arnold. Arnold may not have been a great actor, but physically, he was Conan.

Lets all pile on the bandwagon...LET'S GO!!....Here's comes the sudden flux of movies in 3D after Avatar's success. I thought that I read somewhere that Lucas himself is now inspired to possibly due SW in 3D due to the advances in technology and Avatar.....
Just another way to bump up the ticket prices...Yey!! $3 more for movies!!! I didn't hear about the reboot on Conan....I'm sorry, but some things just can't/shouldn't be rebooted.....What's next Star Wars? Good luck with that. Who ever fills the role will always be compared to Arnold and will always come in a distant second. I didn't care for "Destroyer" but that had nothing to due with Arnold. "Barbarian" was a Masterpiece. |

"Barbarian" was a Masterpiece. Maybe it is a bandwagon attempt by studios to produce 3D films. But, Cameron proved it can be done successfully, unlike the earlier efforts from the 80's. The same thing happened with adapting comics to film. After the success of X-Men, came Spiderman. And yes, Lucas is interested in making Star Wars 3D. |

I hate to break it to everyone, but Conan isn't being made again for you. our time as the target market for most things has passed. we are old. 'bout time we started admitting this to ourselves. |

But yeah, biggest thing will be the casting. The guy they get to play the lead will make or break it. Storywise, I really don't want to see another origin. DeLaurentis and Arnuld did that perfectly, and I don't think Robert E. Howard ever even told where Conan came from (at least not in the two collections I have) except that he was a barbarian from the Cimmerian tribes of the north. There are a lot of good short-stories that could be adapted into a big movie. |
