Age of Ultron. Liked it a lot in the theaters the first time around but the second viewing was actually much better.

The Martian - Excellent from start to finish. It's one of the rare movies that doesn't have one character that is just annoying. I got nothing at all from the 3D, but that's the only way it was showing on the biggest screen here. Ridley Scott makes the most watchable movies. Even his worst movies are worth watching. I know I've been surprised before by how much I ended up liking stuff "The Matchstick Men" or "Robin Hood".

Spectre - I've enjoyed the first 3 Daniel Craig Bond films upon seeing them initially. Casino Royale was the best of them, but it was still 15 minutes too long. If they'd cut out the poisoning scene it would be perfect. Quantum of Solace had some good action scenes, but a weak villain. And plot. He was stealing water. Water! And while Silva was too Cesar Romero-ish, Skyfall had so much style that I can overlook the faults a bit. But Spectre is just sort of...blah. Right from the start something just felt off. The movie has no real story of it's own, it just leaches off of previous ones. I get what they were trying to do, but it just didn't work. It's not what I want from a Bond film.
