Yeah Scott is a crap actor....really and truly. I recently watched X-men too....and I thought it was still a fine watch to be honest.
my last was: Get Smart: Always good for a laugh & Arkin was on fire too. Public Enemies: gets better with repeat viewings IMO. |

Yeah it's still watchable. I like the pieces (other than Halle Berry), just not the whole. I thought it would be a good time to rewatch some of the X films, but really this first movie only adds confusion, not clarity.
I've always wanted a sequel to Get Smart. |

The Hobbit 1 & 2 today back to back more or less. Really enjoyed part II. Part I drags a bit. |

The New Centurions... Lucio Fulci deviates from the horror genre for which he's best known to deliver an interesting 'gladiatiors as TV entertainment' sci-fi film that predates THE RUNNING MAN by three years.

Spider-Man 2 - The real Spider-Man 2, directed by Sam Raimi. Actually it was Spider-Man 2.1 if you want to get technical. I forget what exactly was added to the movie. I think the scene with Mary Jane and her friend talking, and a few seconds more of the fight with Doc Ock on the train. But I love this movie. It just captures everything about the Spidey from the old comics. Everyone wants to be Spider-Man, nobody wants to be Peter Parker. And then just when he starts to hit his stride, the rug gets pulled out from under him and he has to give it all up again. The scene with Ock's tentacles killing all the doctors is still amazing. That's rocketed up into my top ten movie moments now I think.
