'The Phantom Light' from 1934. Love those old thrillers.. full of atmosphere.

Jane Eyre. The new version. I've liked the tale since Freshman year in High School. This was a very well made edition.

Bridesmaids my mom made we watch it with her.It wasn't that bad but during the last 20 minutes it morphed into a generic romantic comedy.

I tried to watch The Tempest and it put me to sleep. What a weird movie; delivery of the original Shakesperian prose just turned me off.

Your Highness. WOW, what a letdown! I REALLY thought it was going to be hilarious, but it wasnt. There were a few lines that I kinda cracked a smile on, but other than that it was really slow and not funny. Too bad, they had the opportunity to make a good movie but the writing sucked and everything felt awkward and forced. 4 out of 10 stars
Thor: Was what I expected. Not the worst, not the best. I thought "whats his nuts" was good and really funny. I liked how he genuinely seemed out of place/touch with earth. Action wasnt bad, effects looked good and I stayed awake for it. 7 out of 10 stars 127 Hours: Im surprised at how much I liked this. Im into these types of movies but I wasnt sure James could pull it off, and when they had him trapped 10 minutes into the movie I though, "Well, this is gonna suck. They cant possibly pull 2 hours out of this with him stuck already." It went by REALLY fast and I really enjoyed it. 8 out of 10 stars Last edited by bigvig; 09-27-2011 at 01:42 PM.. |

"Meet Mr. Callaghan", and old British 'private eye' thriller from the 1950's.
