You guys realize that most of these 80s cartoons like Transformers, G.I. Joe, COPS, and others weren't Saturday Morning cartoons, right? They were weekday cartoons.

i stopped watching Saturday cartoons in 6th grade so i could sleep in a little before religious instruction. i was more into the before/after school cartoons my top 3 are transformers gijoe heman honorable mention for robotech man i love that cartoon

My favorite Saturday morning cartoons back then were
Battle of the Planets Superfriends Spider-man Spider-man and his Amazing Friends Mighty Orbots Incredible Hulk Dungeons and Dragons Turbo Teen Thundarr Herculoids Space Ghost Godzilla Plastic-man Blackstar Pac-man Dragon's Lair Real Ghostbusters Flash Gordon Filmation Star Trek I also liked all the live action stuff like Shazam, Isis, Space Academy, Jason of Star Command, Ark II, Lost Saucer, land of the Lost, Electra Woman and Dyna girl, Dr Shrinker, Wonderbug, Sigmund and Bigfoot and Wildboy |

Weekdays Mornings: Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors ruled the mornings Early Afternoon after Kindergarten: UltraMan Jonny Socko and his Flying Robot (EPIC) Afternoon: COPS Silverhawks Thundercats GI JOE You Can't Do That On Television (Sometimes they would conflict and be on same time so I watched whichever one was new) Saturday: Dungeons and Dragons Thundarr the Barbarian Saved by the Bell (I could not stop watching this show) Sunday: Spiral Zone Inhumanoids Visionaries WWF Wrestling
