For me its latecomers who will walk in 15 minutes after the movie has started and will stumble around looking for a seat.
Parents who bring their kids to an R rated film. When I watched Bruno I saw a 12 year old kid walk in with her mom. Bruno is borderline x rated. |

The outrageous ticket prices. Ten Bucks a person!!! I'll buy the DVD when it comes out and watch it any time I want for what it costs my wife and I to catch a flick!

Commericals.
pure and simple. we get roughly ten minutes of coke, car and milk commericals before the trailers. I don't mind paying tghe $12 but to pay and then have to watch ads drives me sane. and MILK?? like...what sort of beverage should i get to go with my popcorn? How about a nice cold MILK? no, 'cause the concession stand doesn't sell milk. idiots.

When a stranger sits within 1 seat of me and the theater is still pretty empty. Or the obligatory kick to the back of my seat by the herd that wandered into the row behind me.

You took the words right out my mouth. Plus the high prices for soda and snacks.

I went to see "Superbad" and these parents had kids who were WAY younger than 12 seeing it...what?! That, and a community group of children younger than 10 seeing TDK. They couldn't go to see "Fly Me to the Moon"?
