Does anyone really take Dr Phil seriously? I tend to think the average person gives a weatherman more credibility. And maybe people who give more faith to what he says should be on his show talking about that because it may be the sign of a much bigger problem...

You give me one thing that a person can be really interested in, and I bet that there is a name for that "psychopathology," created by a psychiatrist or psychologist who are trying too hard to make a name for themselves. I don't care if its football, music, partying, having sex, cooking, or anything else. Its called a hobby or a past-time, that's all it is!
And of course, it all goes back to childhood. This stuff is dangerously close to being psychoanalytic theory, and that's the biggest load of bull there is. Dr. Phil is such a tool. Why doesn't he try to harass Britney Spears some more? |

Apparently we all have a problem growing up - Either we grew up too fast, had a crappy childhood or *enter issue here*. Can't I just enjoy G.I.Joe and not be associated with some form of mental issue? Why do coin collectors and stamp collectors get love? Because their items increase value over time? Someone needs to run up on Tyra in a PDD Costume and show her who wears the daddy pants. I read about something similar the other day on a video game website. This feminist called us "man-children" because we "refuse" to grow up. I never realized growing up was about abandoning what you love. Last I checked growing up meant accepting more responsibility in life. Some of This previous generation needs to hurry up and die. and they can take their antiquated ideas with them. And what is wrong with decorating the bathroom with little mermaid stuff? If it makes his wife happy who cares. At least he gets to keep his star wars stuff. I meet more and more girls who are accepting of toys as hobbies. So whats the deal? |

Don't know if this is the same episode, but my wife just watched a Dr. Phil where this guy has over $200,000 (over 6,000 pieces) in SW stuff. Insane.
This guy is funny. He said he gets bored cuddling with his wife sometimes, so he has battles with his figures on the nightstand!! |
