Too much going on the screen sometimes, hard to see what was going on. Loved the 80's references, particularly Jetfire, whom I loved but did not have a boy. Too bad he sacrificed himself to join with prime. And bringing Sounwave in was was cool too. Would have been neat to see him as a casette player!

I was really let down by how easily Devestator was dispatched of. One shot, and boom! Bye bye, big fella.
Waaaaay too much silly comedy. There were some cool parts. though. I kinda like Powermaster Optimus, and using Frank Welker to do Soundwave was a nice nod. The ending just seemed to feel flat to me.....

One of the funniest moments in the movie for me was Wheelie humping Spike's Girlfriends leg!....it was so funny, that and I loved how Frank Welker was the voice of Soundwave.

I agree with Eddie about Jetfire the old man thing with the beard and cane was lame.
Here is my post from another thread I'm to lazy to type it again: I thought it was OK. The Mom, Mudflap, and Skidz are all beyond annoying. The fight scenes were great, but most of the Autobots had no dialogue. I also didn't like how when the Autobots were at the base they were always in vehicle mode and throughout the movie they don't interact with each other very much. Megatron was better in this movie IMO, but the Fallen was not as powerful as I thought he would be. It's worth seeing, but not much better then the first TF movie. Meagan Fox looks better than ever in TF 2 she is the best part of the movie |
