Official 'HEROES' thread!

Last season was terrible. It lost all sense of mystery, wonder, and momentum built in the first season. I do not want to see a bunch of second rate villains on a road trip. Also, Hiro in the past was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too slow. Anyway, instead of rehashing all the problems of last season, let's hope this season is better. And they better give us a better climactic fight than they did at the end of season 1.

Oh, a friend told me that critics saw the first three episodes of this season and wrote that they are better than the entire second season. That's definitely very promising.

I really like the show, but I find it pretty frustrating at times. When it's on, it's great. I think there was one ep last season that was really good, the rest was fairly unsatisfying. I'll definitely be watching, though.

i ated the lame way DL got taken out of the show. Survived all that shit in season one and healed up only to be GUNNED DOWN? getting nick/whatever her name is now out of some skank party? that was the biggest let down of all.

I just watched S1 and could not wait to for Blockbuster to deliver me S2, so I bought that this weekend and watched it all. I am up to speed and ready to go for S3. Jumping in S3 cold turkey would have been very very confusing.

I'm a huge fan of the show but last season & the writer's strike thing was a bit of a let down. Still, I can't wait for tomorrow's show!!

Cool, so there are others that like this show! I have only seen S1, but I have been told that it went down hill since... I'm holding off to see season 2 till Christmas when I get it on DVD...

Season three will open with a two-hour episode. For those that need to revamp or be brought up to speed, the premiere of the third volume, "Villains", will be preceded by a one-hour 'clip show' of the past two seasons.
