Yeah, an iconically bad horror movie. It could have been so good too. But why hijack the Halloween legacy?

The Legacy Collection are the remastered dvd's of the movies. They usually have 2 dvds, pretty cool box and like 6 movies. So if its Wolf Man you get that plus, son of wolf man, frankenstein vs wolf man etc.....like 20 bux and theyre remastered but not colorized or anything stupid.
If you have the burger king ones your already started!! lol...Like anything there is a ton of stuff on ebay, I have a decent collection if you ever have a question about any of it feel free to pm me Cool. Ill look into those Legacy dvds! Ya I have the Burger King toys and one 12" Wolfman figure. Id love to get some of the Sideshow stuff someday. Im always on ebay...so Im sure Ill find some stuff when I have the funds. Thanks for the info dude. NSP |

Im happy to find alot of you have similar tastes to myself.
phantasm, stephen king's IT, hammer horror, the exorcist 1 & 3, john carpenter's anything... one of the hottest scenes in any movie is in the old peter cushing and christopher lee dracula where the naked chick is in the satanic ritual and they cut a chickens neck and cover her in blood. i am very much into that sort of thing. if not only because its so damn hot.

All day. Horror movies are the sh!!t. I dig all slasher films from Sleep Away Camp to Friday the 13th. I prefer the oldies rather than the recycle remakes. The remakes aren't so bad and I like that there updated for this generation, even with there constant cell phone usage. Cell phone weren't an integral part of the script back then, being there were none. I seen the Friday the 13th and the Last House on The Left remake. Both were inferior to its successor. Saw is the best American franchise us horror fans have recieved in the past decade among the Japanese remakes. Oh, and Scream. Hatchet was a great film. I highly recommend that movie to any slasher movie buff or straight horror fan. I'm looking forward to Haunting in Connecticut.
Seen it, loved it. Part two, Sloppy Seconds, was great too.

I really dont know why they hijacked it and used the Halloween name. Then again I feel every Halloween that wasnt the 1st one or the remake..a hijacking of the name. I think the basic idea of the masks and the kids freaking out with the television signal was awesome. Accuse me of liking bad movies? Maybe. But I liked that aspect of it...as far as "putting a stop to the corporation" the sometimes bad acting, and excuse me but stupid ass f'ing robots...yes that was shitty. Why they used the Halloween name....hmmm, that could be the next big thread! |

Hey, there was a really bad B-rated horror movie that I saw as a kid. I have no idea what it was so if I describe it maybe one of you intelligent horror lovers can help me out.
I was at a drive-in theatre. I cannot recall the first movie but the second was a movie that took place I'm thinking in europe. It was a group of people who went to a remote mountain location where there was a "YETI" supposedly on the lose. It ended up being a ruse. They used the YETI conspiracy to get people to the location because they were a cannibal society that liked to eat human flesh. They would cook them and serve them boufet style. I remember one person asking if the surprised guest wanted dark meet or white? (they had cooked a black and a white person). Who can help me on this one?
