I just saw Pineapple express and that's two hours of my life that I wasted!!! I love Seth Rogan in everything else he's been in but that movie just sucked.

TRON anyone?
I know the theme isn't exactly stoner. But the visuals are pretty out there. I need to go the Haight. Last edited by Zoltron; 01-12-2009 at 08:03 PM.. |

Hey Zoltron, Can you help me with a name of the record store in Haight-asbury district. I saw Fantomas (Mike Patton) there for a in-store appearance and I can't remember the name. It had a funky name like Green Brain or something. This was a few years ago though

"Easy Rider" is one of the best movies ever. I actually did a post about it, but no one responded :(

It is one of the best record stores in the world. Mr Bungle is awesome, but its some crazy stuff man. I wish I was in the Haight now, eating some Ethiopian food and window shopping at over priced vintage stores. But I need to start saving my money for Moto-vipers. |

I was into William Burroughs and Beat Poetry so would always check out the Haight when in SF. I would always go to the former Metreon as well (Airtight Garage Arcade and Maurice Sendak restaurant!) Speaking of Bill, Has anyone seen the Naked Lunch film by David Cronenberg? It stars Peter Weller(Robocop) as Bill tripping on bug powder and is a mind trip including talking typewriters and human centipods. I still have a copy on VHS Bug Powder Dust ftw! Trip like I do

Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. That movie is freaking funny! I laughed like crazy specially in the scene where both of them were riding a tiger.
