Speaking of Carpenter, while not technically a horror movie, Big Trouble in Little China is one of my Fav movies |

The funny thing about the Thing is I had never seen the Carpenter version until about 2003. Never even knew about it! I grew up with the original and never knew there was a remake.
Speaking of Carpenter, while not technically a horror movie, Big Trouble in Little China is one of my Fav movies Love Escape from New York as well with Snake |

Thanks for the trailer post Viper 48 I guess I am wondering why they are not starting with his mother doing the killing which is how the first one went but then again they like making new interapations of movies that have been made before

I am sure they are thinking about doing a remake of Candy Man and hope they leave it alone.
People under the stairs was another movie that I enjoyed going to see at the show and couldn't wait to get it on DVD |

I know a lot of people didn't like this movie, but i really enjoyed the new House of Wax. I thought it was very entertaining and seeing Paris Hilton getting a pole through the head was pretty entertaining too...

ME!!! I love all sorts of horror, but the gritty, super-violent & hard-edged "social" horrors of the "Grindhouse" era of the 70's and early 80's are my faves, along with Italian giallo & supernatural films, 80's-era slashers, "classic" slasher franchises, indie-horror/splatter/arthouse... Pretty much anything as long as it's not some PG-rated, teenybopper cash-in!
