The Dark Knight DVD...

Anyone know if the TDK DVD is gonna come in any regular and "Special Super Duper Edition"? Since Batman Begins did(had that whole lenticular box with first run comic book and several other classic batman storylines) I Imagine since this movie did such HUGE Box Office, that they'd have a "Special Version" along with the regular DVD as well, but so far the Commercials have made no such mention of one...Anyone know any details on the specs for this release?

I think Best Buy has one that comes with a joker and/or batman figure. Not sure but I remember reading something about that.

Here's what I've seen people on DVD forums say (I don't know how accurate it is)

best buy well have one where it comes with the batpod (This may be BluRay)

Circuit City version of the 2-disc dvd with the 'Why So Serious?' poster art and a journal.

at FYE if u reserve it, u can get The Dark Knight 2-Disc special edition with a steelbook case

Wal-Mart has a "Bonus Comic Book" and "Commemorative Coin" (AKA Harvey Dent's coin).

What I was able to find out is that yes, there will be a 2 disc special edition

I can't believe someone other than me calls it the "Super Duper Deluxe Special Edition" DVD. I have been preaching that phrase since I walked out of the movie theater. Yeah, I will have see what stores have the best deal on the DVD and make my decision. I want the DVD that has the best EXTRAS! Tuesday is my BLACK FRIDAY for this DVD!!

Damn Shogi... from that information I will have to buy one from every store to get the cool extras. GRRRRR!

I just picked up the Target exclusive edition that comes in the Batman mask DVD case similar to the one they had for Iron Man.

I also picked up Circuit City's exclusive "Why So Serious?" Joker packaging that comes with a journal. I'm thinking of returning this one especially if that journal is blank. If anyone buys this version and opens it, please let me know what the deal is with it.

I picked up Best Buys polystone Batman Cowl 2-Disc Collectors Edition...Overall nice maquette and packaging, they also had the Joker clown masks version and the Blu-Ray with Batpod Edition, but they were pretty scarce in comparison, it's funny EVERYONE in the checkout line had some version of this DVD...Selling like Hotcakes!

I am fixing to go pick up the Best Buy version because I liked the look of the extras that they showed in their advertisement. I also heard from someone that they were planning on releasing it to the thearte again because it came so close breaking a billion dollars. But I am not sure if this is true

None. I'll wait untill the "AWESOME SUPER DUPER DELUXE SPECIAL EDITION" that'll be out in a year. Seriously, where's the DVD commentary?!?!?!?!?
