They both equal out to me. As a child (While my Trekkie parents exposed me to both of these

) I realised that Star Trek had more and better aliens, while Star Wars had better ships

i wouldnt say they had better aliens,Star wars had some great aliens. star trek just gave theirs more of a story, as where star wars just passed by them with the camera and then 20 years later came up with some huge story line for them about how they saved the universe 20 times over.

i have never and never will like anything starwars. on the other hand i never followed anything star trek,. my uncle is the biggest star trek fan in the world, and with him being a know it all a..hole i voted for starwars.

I cant really choose one over the other. I like them both for different reasons. I used to hate Star Trek until i saw Star Trek:TNG. Cpt. Picard and his crew got me hooked on this series. I really enjoyed Deep Space 9 as well and once that was over i watched the original series and liked it even though i hated it when i was younger. I stopped watching Star Trek with Voyager. Hated that series.
