TOP GUN 2 gets 1st class writers (X-Men 1st Class scriptwriters) and Data Vipers too?

Top Gun 2 is getting more interesting as information pours in. Just in, Top Gun 2nd hires X-men 1st Class gifted writers; Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz says Variety. DATA-VIPER and DATAFRAME/Mainframe fans take note! (Cruise haters take note too). Fans will be excited (especially those enjoying IDW comics with Mainframe getting great recognition) will enjoy the great ideas director Tony Scott has in mind,

TONY SCOTT: It’s not even a sequel. Its not even a reinvention. It’s a re-thinking...the world today is great, it’s so different from the world we touched...It’s really run by guys sitting in computers playing war games. So it’s a mixture of that and it’s the end of the generation of fighter pilots. Not in a complete end to that generation, because these guys they go up in F-35s they carry 10 drones with them."

Nobody reaches to make comparisons that aren't really accurate in order to draw people in with a false headline like you do, TJ.

Seriously...guy with computer =/= Mainframe, and UAVs =/= Data Vipers. Not even in a military environment. Neither of these characters are going to be in Top Gun 2, because Top Gun 2 is not G.I. Joe. Fans of a character want that character. Not someone that sorta vaguely resembles the character but isn't really.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I don't get your obsession with Top Gun?

UPDATE!!!..DECALS AND MORE DECALS!!

some update guys!

gloss coated the whole skystriker for the water slide
decals. after this, it will be flat coated and weathered
a bit to be more realistic.

damn..those decals are hard to see because some of them are very small..anyway..enjoy!
