Skip Carry passed away

Skip Carry Atlanta Braves announcer pass away yesterday.

He'll be missed especially when I watch the games R.I.P :(

Reminds me of when Jack Buck died. He was the voice of the Cardinals and had a son, Joe, that was/is in the business, too.
I told my wife that I will miss flipping through the Am or XM dial and hearing that distinctive voice. It was, I dunno, comforting, and a real treat to hear the dialogue between a father and son, Chip, calling the game. He had a bad scare earlier in the year and his family was basically called in to pay last respects, and Skip recovered. He said in April that if he died tomorrow, he's had lived a helluva life.
I guess that is about all any of us could ask for.
