Yeah everyone knows it coming, but did you know this...
Quote:
He was criminally excluded from Michael Bay's first instalment but fans of the robots in disguise will be delighted to hear that Soundwave will make an appearance in Transformers 2. For those not fully versed in the various Cybertronian personalitites, Soundwave is the Decepticon who flies in the face of Newtonian physics by changing from 20 foot robot to belt-clippable personal casette player. Blessed with the best voice in the original cartoon, one of Soundwave's other impressive capabilities was to churn out the various tape-transforming characters like Rumble, Frenzy (who appeared in the first movie, but not as a tape), Laserbeak, Buzzsaw and fan favourite Ravage, who was a robotic panther.
"I'll tell you. We had to get Soundwave in there," writer Roberto Orci told IGN. "We had Ravage in an early draft of the first movie and Soundwave, and we couldn't do it right and I think this time hopefully we'll have the ability to do it." Soundwave and Ravage? Now that's something for Transformers fans to get excited about

Seeing as how the shrinking/growing thing doesn't work (thank goodness... really) Then i can see him rolling in as a military cargo truck or something with the smaller 'bots popping off of his body (sort of like Scorp. and Blackout) I've seen so many diffrn't versions of the characters from various cartoons/comics that I don't really care what they end up looking like, but I sure hope Soundwave "sounds" the same

Ahh but you caN BELIEVE gIant robots that come to earth and transform into cars and weapons........but a robot that can change Mass is not believable???
When will Hollywood (BAY) get that we dont go to the movies for something that can be real......but we go to forget about real life. Make them Blocky......start from Scratch.......and make Optimus look like........well Optimus........make megatron look like Megatron. |

I mean Banner turning into the hulk is believable???? Where did all that mass come from? Lets not forget Star Wars........The Force.....now you can believe in that? Movies arent meant to be believable...unless your teling a story based on TRUE invents..... |

you are so right on with this...i mean, they can transform there shape into other shapes, why not be able to reduce in size also... the freak'n cube turned from the size of a building into something the size of a small toaster, AND obviously changed it's weight also...unless Leboufes charactor was He-man |
