Uh, but Universal signed a deal with Milton Bradley, and Ridley Scott is working on a film based on "Monopoly"...
It's like that "Robot Chicken" sketch with all the board game movies...

I'm also of the mind that this sounds, initially, like the stupidest damn thing I've ever heard. But then, when you start thinking about what the hell a movie would look like, who knows? It could be completely bat-shit insane, which could be great! I don't see Frank Oz as being the right voice for Pac-Man, though. It's not like it has to be a puppet (though that could be awesome). Better to be ol' Michael Bell or another Joe-toon voice actor, if you ask me.
