Hey, I am Vinny I am trying to customize my 25th joes, I have seen the sight on cm that shows how to take them apart. However when I tried myself I got their legs off their ankles off, their wrist/hands and elbows. So a good start,

However I can NOT get the body to come apart do you know how I can do this….
I can not get the upper shoulders off that attach to the elbows, I tired hot water even a blow drier but I really don’t want to sue the Xacto knife and take them apart just o glue them back together.

Any help would be great thank you for your timme
