Generally i buy single carded figures, all the 25th moc and all the poc/30th moc plus vehicles.
I always buy cheap from ebay or local shop/online.
Then once i have all the moc stuff i want, i then buy duplicates for customs. the only stuff i do have off card is my customs.
Saying that i do have about 50 moc an 30 loose figs awaiting customising.
CC is a definite yes, in this verse, CC is the only faction leader that is not royalty. In other words, he is chosen by the high council. Haven't even started a design for him yet.
